Health Minister, Edwin Poots MLA opens Bardan Cottage. Bardan Cottage is a new elderly day care centre based in Newcastle, Co Down. Specialising in providing a simulating environment for day care residents it has state of the art facilities as well as having beautiful views of the Mourne mountains.
